I have no doubt that this product is great and looks great as well. However, the service of the company, Moshya Home Furnishings, is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with in my life. I ordered the headboard a couple of weeks ago and received a vanity with a stool and a mirror on a Friday. A vanity which is far from being a headboard. I called the company and received the voicemail box of a T-mobile cell phone. I called another number only to receive another voicemail. I contacted amazon who contacted a representative from Moshya Home Furnishings whose name was Dillon. Dillon was fairly nice but decided to make irrelevant comments such as, "Sir, the item was delivered ahead of schedule." Dillon, it doesn't matter how fast the item shipped if it was the wrong item. The representative had a head board sent to my home very quickly on the following Monday, however it was once again the wrong item. I then had to contact Amazon in order to contact Moshya Home Furnishings again. Once again the representative was rude and promised I would receive the item on 12-12-12. Here it is 12-13-12 and FedEx has nothing on record of the correct item being shipped to me and I'm stuck with the wrong headboard taking up space in my home. I've tried contacting them through numerous phone calls and emails and still havne't received a reply. It seems to me that it could be possible that their customer service department doesn't exist and one man carries a cell phone around that he chooses to answer whenever he pleases. So here I am, a couple of weeks before Christmas with a couple hundred dollars less in my pocket with the wrong product. I would advise people to stay away from ordering from Moshya Home Furnishings as it is very much not worth the headache. For those of you who have ordered from the company and are happy with their service, You got lucky and I envy you.

I ordered this headboard in the king size after reading all of the reviews. I was hesitant because I knew it would be a pain to return if I didn't like it. Fortunately, that was not a problem. The Crown Mark Barlow Bicast Headboard looks much more expensive than it is and fits our bed nicely. "Bicast" leather means it's not real leather. It's vinyl or faux leather. But that was okay with me because the real leather ones were about 3 times as much as this one.

The headboard I ordered was fulfilled by Amazon.com so of course it arrived on time. It was packaged well and was fairly light, though a bit awkward to carry because of the length. Though one previous reviewer said the hardware wasn't included - it is in the box though you might overlook it if you don't check. In fact, there is a message printed right on the box that says to be sure not to throw the box out until you take out the hardware :)

The dark brown color is what I guess you would term expresso and fits wonderfully with our dark wood bedroom furniture. The headboard was super easy to assemble, taking about 15 minutes. Our bed frame does not match up perfectly with the holes in the legs, but that's not a flaw of the styling - we have a cheap metal frame. Even so, I was able to tightly secure the headboard.

My only issue with this Crown Mark Barlow Bicast Headboard is that it and the legs had a very strong chemical smell when I took them out of the box. So much so that I had to let them sit on our deck (then in the basement when it rained) for three days before I put it in our bedroom. After reading the label on the back of the headboard, I found out what the smell was - formaldehyde. In fact, there are two relevant tags on the back of the headboard.
